Aerial Hoop Classes
All our aerial classes (Pole and Hoop) are a fun and exciting way to exercise, giving you a total body workout. These classes will improve your strength, flexibility, muscle tone, mobility and coordination, both in class and everyday life.
Aerial hoop classes begin with a warm up to loosen joints and warm your muscles, preparing your body for the work on the hoop. Whilst on the hoop you will practice individual moves as well as learn to put together sequences that are appropriate for your level of experience, even if you have never done Aerial Hoop before. The class will finish with a series of stretches that will not only improve your flexibility on the hoop, but also in everyday life.
For hoop it is best to wear legging, sock and t-shirt or vest.
