Pole Fitness Classes
All our aerial classes (Pole and Hoop) are a fun and exciting way to exercise, giving you a total body workout. These classes will improve your strength, flexibility, muscle tone, mobility and coordination, both in class and everyday life.
Pole Fitness is a fun and exciting way to exercise giving you a total body workout, that will improve your strength, flexibility and coordination both on and off the pole.
During a class you will do a warm up incorporating the pole before moving on to a series of spins and tricks to suit your level.
Classes are suitable for all fitness levels and abilities, over 16's only. Shorts need to be worn when using the pole and do not use any body lotions or creams on the day of the class.
