Charley's Chicken Kebab

My sister-in-law sent me this recipe the other day and it's great.  It really does taste like a chicken kebab.

600g 
chicken mini fillets
500g Fat Free Yoghurt
1/2 Lemon
2tbsp Garam Masala
2tbsp Smoked Paprika
2tsp Cumin, Cinnamon
Salt & Pepper
Large Baking Potato
1 Skewer
  1. Mix the yoghurt, lemon and sices in a large bowl.  
  2. Add the chicken and refrigerate for 2 hours
  3. Cut an edge of the potato and lay fat side on a baking tray
  4. Put the skewer into the potato then layer the chicken on top
  5. Cook in the oven at 180°c for 50 minutes.
